We are young Bangladeshis who speak up when others can't. Agamir Hashi exists to push back against injustice and remove the stigma around mental health — one conversation, one event, one campaign at a time.
Agamir Hashi is a non-governmental organization based in Bangladesh. We started because a group of young people got tired of watching mental health be treated as taboo and minorities get talked over.
We show up at Model UN conferences, community events, and awareness campaigns. We run writing competitions. We partner with other youth organizations. We keep going because it matters.
The name means "Tomorrow's Smile." That's not just a name — it's a direction.
Reach OutThese aren't taglines. They're the three commitments every person who joins Agamir Hashi makes — to the community and to each other.
Minority communities in Bangladesh often go unheard. We don't accept that. We put their stories in front of people who need to hear them.
In Bangladesh, mental health is still treated as weakness. We run campaigns, discussions, and writing competitions to change that, one conversation at a time.
We are entirely volunteer-run. Every person who joins gets real responsibility. We're not a resume line — we're a training ground for people who want to lead.
Dedicated to bringing positive change to our community. Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are committed to creating a better world for all.

Apply Now →Agamir Hashi came out of a frustration shared by a small group of Bangladeshi youth. They saw mental health dismissed, minorities silenced, and a gap that no one seemed interested in filling. So they filled it themselves.
What started as small community events grew into an NGO with a presence at national Model UN conferences, a partnership with organizations like Hope Bangladesh, and a team spread across Dhaka. Every person involved is a volunteer.
SFISMUN at Summerfield International School, JTM events, HAO gatherings, PTC campaigns, writing competitions on grief and loss, public advocacy on the 2013 Rana Plaza tragedy — these aren't small things. They add up.
Every event we run, every post we write, every conversation we start is another step toward a Bangladesh where mental health is taken seriously and no community goes unheard.
